Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to resolve any claims through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Cook County, Illinois, USA.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

17. Severability
